Level Design: An Engaging Playground
The heart of the game was its meticulously designed level, which served as the sole environment for the player's adventure. This carefully crafted level featured five different platforms, each presenting its own set of challenges. To maintain a dynamic and engaging experience, I introduced four dynamic moving structures within the level. These elements combined to provide a diverse and evolving playground for players to navigate.
Adversary AI: A Formidable Challenge
A formidable adversary AI was vital to the game's success, despite featuring a single level with identical enemies. I harnessed various resources and immersive settings to create an AI that strategically targeted the player. These enemies relentlessly pursued the protagonist, displaying intelligence in their movements and precision in their attacks. The adversaries were programmed to inflict harm that directly impacted four different health bars, ensuring that every encounter was a test of skill and strategy.
In summary, my Unreal Engine 5 game development project delivered a singular, immersive experience. Despite featuring a single level and identical enemies, the game's unique character, diverse environment, and challenging adversary AI aimed to captivate players and provide a memorable journey through the game's immersive universe.
